ECHA - REACH Navigator
The REACH Navigator from JRC is a web-based software tool to helps industry to indentify its obligations under REACH per substance.
eChemPortal
The Global Portal to Information on Chemical Substances containing substance property and effects data is now available. This portal provides access to a wide range of property daatbases including OECD HPV, ESIS (EC) and HPVIS (USEPA)
IUCLID 5
The IUCLID (International Uniform ChemicaL Information Database) software provides a database application in which subtance infomation can be entered, exchanged and submitted.
European Chemicals Agency (ECHA)
The ECHA, opened on June 1st 2007 and located in Helsinki, is the primary organisation managing the inplmentation of the REACH legislation across the European Union.

The European Chemicals Bureau provides the scientific and technical advice to support EU policies such as REACH

The European Chemical Substances Information System provides useful reference information on substances including CAS, EINECS and ELINCS numbers.
ECHA REACH-IT FAQ
The ECHA has published a list of frequently asked questions on its website relating to invoices and payments in REACH-IT. Questions regarding browsers, forgotten passwords, and blocked accounts are also included.
EC REACH Fees and Charges
The European Commision has also published a list of FAQs covering REACH fees and charges.
