Jonathan Lutwyche - Chief Executive
Jonathan is a well known and respected business consultant within the chemicals industry. During the initial consultation phase of REACH legislation, Jonathan led a delegation to the EU Parliament to propose amendments aimed at protecting competitive rights. As a result of this lobbying, several key amendments were adopted.

Andrew Fasey - Senior consultant
Andrew previously worked in the REACH unit of DG Enterprise (ENTR) of the European Commission where he was involved in the development of REACH legislation and was responsible for taking REACH through all the European Parliament processes to become law.
His impressive credentials also include responsibility for international affairs including WTO (World Trade Organisation), SAICM (Strategic Approach to International Chemicals Management), and represented DG ENTR at OECD and was involved in a number of its programmes (e.g. QSAR expert group, new substances task force). He was also responsible for the implementation of the GHS (Globally Harmonised System for the classification and labelling of chemicals) in the European Union (EU) as well as its ongoing development through the UN and OECD.

Simon Brearley - Senior consultant
Simon has extensive credentials in environmental science, health & safety managment and compliance managment. He delivers training programmes and workshops on REACH at all levels and functions to industry.

Dr. Andy Sweetman - Manager of CCM/TRC partnership
Andy is a research fellow working in the Centre for Chemicals Management focused on developing models to aid our understanding of the fate and behaviour of chemicals in complex environments. Andy’s primary responsibility will be to provide a link between The Reach Centre and the Centre for Chemicals Management. He will also be involved in the delivery of REACH services and a number of direct consultancy activities.

Professor Kevin Jones
Kevin is the Director of the Centre for Chemicals Management. His research encompasses the sources, emissions, environmental behaviour and exposure and ecotoxicology of organic chemicals. He and his team have conducted work for UNEP, the UK Department of the Environment, Pesticide Safety Directorate and Environment Agency, and major industrial partners.

Dr. Mark Crane
Mark is an environmental toxicologist with over 18 years of experience in environmental consultancy and academia. Mark has particular REACH-related expertise in deriving aquatic and terrestrial Predicted No Effect Concentrations for use in Environmental Risk Assessments; ecotoxicity modelling and the interpretation of ecotoxicological data; and competence assessment of ecotoxicity laboratories under ISO17025. He has served on the UK Veterinary Products Committee, the Environmental Panel of the Advisory Committee on Pesticides, and SETAC Europe Council.

Patricia Jones, Hammonds
Patricia is an intellectual property partner at Hammonds who leads Hammonds international team of REACH specialists. Patricia has a science background with a degree in Applied Physics (1st class) and a pHd from the Chemistry Department at Manchester University. Patricia is a solicitor-advocate and qualified mediator. Her particular focus includes advising clients on the protection of their confidential information and advising on collaborations and consortia. Patricia is recognised as a leading intellectual property
expert in industry legal guides.

Adam Rowntree - Systems Co-ordinator
Adam has a background in IT support and web design and development. He graduated from Lancaster University in 2005 with a degree in Computer Science, and most recently worked for Lancaster University, project managing the delivery and integration of IT systems to commercial businesses in the UK.
